Cancelling your order can be done via your Account Dashboard. Please follow these steps to update to cancel your order:
- Click on the icon near the top right corner of the screen.
- Login to your account.
- Click on View Profile to get to your Dashboard.
- Under Recent Orders, select the "View/Cancel" option under the Actions column.
- Click on "Cancel Order"
- Select your 'Reason for Cancellation' and click "Cancel This Order".
If you encounter any problems while trying to cancel your order, please submit a request with the email address you used to place your order AND the reason for wanting to cancel. Our friendly customer service team will respond as soon as possible.
*Please note, we cannot cancel an order after it has been processed.
